Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 business days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 business days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice a problem with the products or any other part of the order, please contact us to submit a problem report.

- Change of mind or wrong size ordered. Since the items are made especially for you, we ask that you do not order several sizes, but consult the size charts of the respective product or contact us in order to help you by e-mail hellolonda@gmail.com.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of the product.
All garments must be returned unworn, in 100% resalable condition and in their original packaging. If you wish to return an order, please email us with your order number and the item you wish to return.

If we receive unauthorized returns, we will return them to sender.

The shipping costs of the returned package are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an accepted return arrives at the studio, we will refund the money to you the same way you paid it to us within 3 business days.


- Wrong Address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our studio. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
